We were thrilled to learn that Zenput was named one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2019. What makes the recognition so special is that it’s based on a survey of all of our employees so it’s a direct reflection of how our team feels about working at the company — from the effectiveness of the management team and the company’s strategic direction to our culture and values.
From the company’s earliest days, it was really important to the founders (Vladik and John) to create an environment where people felt connected to one another and the company’s direction. They wanted Zenput to be a place where employees can be themselves (that’s when people are at their best), and enjoy the journey together.
Zenput has a strong value-driven culture that permeates who we are as an organization, how we approach tackling goals and solving problems, and how we engage with customers and one another. Here are the values that serve as our “true north” at Zenput:

Our culture and these values are manifested and reinforced through daily stand-ups, weekly company all-hands, bi-annual company retreats — and are used to help determine best-fit future employees throughout the hiring process.
From happy hours to impromptu band jams to frequent “family dinners” (we cook meals in our office kitchen), this is a team that really likes to have fun together. And, joke with one another. From the early days, there has been a playful, “prankster” element to the culture that has perpetuated — but that’s a story for another day!
